Tan in a Can?

So in addition to the usual drama, Lindsey Lohan is now allegedly being sued over the formula for her latest project Sevin Nyne. She and business associate Lorit Simmon's "canned tan". Supposedly Jennifer Sunday has filed a case in Tampa stating that she feels as if she is entitled to profits received due to the use of "her" formula which was stolen and used to create Lohan's Sevin Nyne (which is named after her two favorite numbers and is spelled extremely weird)


How Lindsey got the formula is uncertain but documents show that her business associate Lorit Simon, the Las Vegas canned tan expert, signed a confidentiality deal with the company of Jennifer Sunday (the lady suing Lohan!)in January. Coincidence? Maybe lol
